CTC harnesses the practices of community organising to equip churches to transform their neighbourhoods, and to help churches use their resources more effectively for this mission.

Congregational Development

We work with a range of partner churches to build their capacity to transform their communities through the practices community organising, grounded in prayer and theological reflection. More here.

Urban Leadership School

Through the Wagstaff course and our internship programme, we are building a movement of grassroots Christian leaders, committed to social transformation. More here.

Neighbourhood Organising

Through projects such as Warm Welcome and Near Neighbours we have been using the relational practices of community organising to encourage people of different faiths and cultures to deepen their engagement – and to act together for justice in their neighbourhood. More here.

We also help inner-city churches to take a more strategic view of their property and investments, and harness the potential of social enterprise, to promote their ministry and mission. More here.
