Justice as well as Mercy

Just Church Podcast, Podcasts, The Centre for Theology & Community l

Our second Just Church podcast is now online! This week, Josh Harris speaks to community organisers Paul Amuzie, Froi Legaspi and CTC Director Angus Ritchie about acting for justice as well as mercy.

How can churches work with their neighbours, not only to bind the wounds caused by injustice – but to address the causes?

Josh also interviews Vanessa Conant on why community organising is so central to her church’s mission and ministry.

Next week, we will be considering the impact on ministry of Moving out of Lockdown – with a discussion with Vanessa Conant and Graham Hunter, and an interview with Richard Springer discussing the impact of the pandemic (and the move out of lockdown) on Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic people.
