CARDINAL MANNING PROGRAMME

The Cardinal Manning Programme engages Catholic parishes in community organising, rooted in theological reflection and prayer. It is named after a Catholic leader who helped secure a fair wage for east London workers in the 1800s – and who was an inspiration behind Catholic engagement in community organising, and in particular in the Living Wage Campaign.
